Two cupcakes

Found a recipe for two chocolate cupcakes so I tried it for my aunts birthday. They were amazing. No big mess to clean up. In my family if I bake a lot of stuff thy ten to eat it so I can make this and only make enough for each person to eat one.

Chocolate pie

For St Patty's day I made a chocolate pie from scratch. And apparently I didn't let it boil enough on the stove it did not set well. But it came out very good. I would make this again for any occasion. Since it was for St Patty's day I chopped up some peppermint Patty's and mixed them in some whipped cream also placed some around the edge for decoration.

Cake!!!!

I always wanted to have the recipe to make a individual cake without making a whole cake and cutting it into pieces and I wouldn't just have one piece. My mom found a recipe for 3-2-1 cake. In a container (we put it into a gallon size ziplock bag) put a box mix of chocolate cake and a box mix of angel food cake. Mix both together. Now when you want just one serving of cake and don't want the hassle of dishes and waiting until it is done, get a coffee mug place 3 tablespoons of cake mix 2 tablespoons of water, mix then place in the microwave for one minute and you have a great tasting cake for one.



We love putting a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.

Party time

I ran out of time to make no bake cookies and the cornbread muffins but I did make the chocolate spritz cookies and the pizza pin wheels. The spritz cookies were different that what I am used to. I made a butterfly shape but I had trouble getting the right amount of dough on the pan for each cookie. On top of that the cookies are very fragile. Everyone loved them though. I made the pizza pinwheels just before the party then my sister came over with my niece Cailyn and I got distracted and of course I didn't put the timer on. The cheese burned on the bottom making it hard to remove but they were very good. Some of the pinwheels fell apart. I need to make more next time.
