Question for all Please respond

I received a opinion from a friend and I wanted to see if there are a lot more people agree with it.  The opinion was to have a facebook account having everything I do, on the page.  I guess this will be easier for people to view and follow what I do, on facebook.  Please respond if I should or shouldn't do it.

    I think a facebook page would be good but you could still update both. Facebook though is far more known than a blog website.

    With the facebook page, there's all these rules about using your legally given name and stuff.
